At our Giovanni’s Italian Restaurant brand, our belief is that people should have great food in an enjoyable atmosphere with service that is second to none.

We are currently in need of Cashiers! These Team Members are the ones who add to the energy of the shift and that extra helping of southern hospitality!

Compensation

• Typical wage for this position starts at $12.00/hour

Responsibilities (include, but not limited to)

• Understanding and practicing our mission, values, and objectives
• Ensuring guests at the front cash register and/or drive-thru are greeted with a warm welcome
• Accounting for cash and credit card transactions at the register
• Preparing and fulfilling take-out orders, answering the front phone; or expediting food to tables
• Ensuring all our guests are taken care of whether they’re dining in or ordering take-out

• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete work with accuracy

• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment

Job Expectations for All

• Stand for prolonged periods of time and handle products, tools, paperwork, and equipment.
• May be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat, steam, and cold present in a kitchen environment and requested to work with cleaning chemicals.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds with a team.
